Free Shipping

PetPure proudly offers Free Shipping on all eligible orders within the United Kingdom.

Any applicable shipping charges for special services or international deliveries will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom Standard Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

  • Delivery Time: 5–7 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at getpetpure@gmail.com.

We can update shipping information only if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

P.O. Box Deliveries

We can ship to P.O. Box addresses where supported by the shipping carrier.

Delivery times to P.O. Box locations may vary depending on the destination.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly.

You may choose to:

Wait for the item to become available

Receive a similar replacement product (if available)

Receive a full refund for the unavailable item

Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide updates regarding your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and photos when contacting support.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost during transit, PetPure will provide either:

A replacement shipment, or

A full refund

after the shipping carrier has completed its investigation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and customers must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
